Celia Metcalf, owner of Events to Remember is a Massachusetts native and a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design. She received
her Diploma as an International Event and Wedding Professional from QC School of Event Planning in 2009. She is a former design director
in university publications and publishing, an award-winning book designer, and the creative director of her own design business. An established
designer and communications professional, she has had direct experience with event planning, volunteer management, public relations, book and publications design, retail, and independent consulting for business-to-business and private organizations.

Celia has served as Co-Chair on the Steering Committee and Volunteer Board at the Bennington Museum. While working with the board she helped with several distinctive events: Festival of Trees Decorations Committee Co-Chair (2011), Festival of Trees Holiday Senior Tea Co-Chair (2009), and Museum volunteer (2008-2012). During the summer of 2011 she was employed at Hildene as an event planning assistant for private weddings and special events.
